As an intelligence and security professional, Luke provides expert guidance to Commonwealth leaders on security cultural transformation. His in-depth knowledge of national security threats, informs practical guidance for mitigating risks associated with foreign intelligence services, terrorism, insider threats, fraud, corruption, and organised crime.

Leveraging his extensive experience in intelligence analysis, investigations, and operations he enhances integrity assurance initiatives, strengthens enterprise security postures, and facilitates evidence-based, risk-informed decision-making. Currently, Luke leads the protective security, counter-fraud and corruption, and insider risk programs at the Australian Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety Agency.
