Jessica is the Founder & CEO of Pangea Research. She also works as an OSINT Capabilities Manager and Advisor (Consultant) in various capacities for the US Government. Jessica’s previous experience includes 13+ years working in HUMINT and OSINT. She has led domestic and international investigations on various subjects, including human trafficking, drug smuggling, financial crimes, and terrorism. She is the Chair of the IACIS OSINT course and currently pursuing a Doctorate in Strategic Intelligence. Jessica is also a Resourcing and Policy Committee member for the recently established OSINT Foundation.
