Cody is a Sergeant within the AFP’s Eastern Command based Joint Policing Cybercrime Coordination Centre (JPC3). Cody leads the AFP led, joint agency target development for high harm high volume cybercrime impacting the Australian community. In this role he has coordinated and led some of the nations largest and most complex cybercrime investigations. As part of his role in Cybercrime, Cody has provided cybercrime investigations specific training to hundreds of Australian and International Law Enforcement officers. For more than a decade, Cody has advocated for the use and application of OSINT techniques in a policing context and more recently has pioneered the rollout of OSINT capabilities across AFP cybercrime.
