Matt Lucas specialised in Intelligence collection and analysis during his 10 year military career
before joining the Commonwealth Bank responsible for Security Risk Management. During his
time in CBA, Matt began to truly harness the value of OSINT techniques to assess and respond to daily
threats to staff safety and well-being. In his current role as Head of Security Risk for Thales Australia,
Matt leverages these skills to manage the Trusted Insider threat program and respond to threats against employees.
