Zara Webb manages the Intelligence Systems Capability team at AUSTRAC (the Australian Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre (AUSTRAC). Her team is responsible for developing AUSTRAC’s technological and open source intelligence (OSINT) capability and imbedding it into financial intelligence (FININT) tradecraft.  Zara credits OSINT for supporting a number of successful investigations she has worked on over her 15 years’ experience as an intelligence analyst.
